Your personal data is processed by our hospital as data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Health data counts as a special category of personal data and is protected by separate security measures.

- Identity and contact details: to arrange appointments, open a patient record and respond to you.
- Health data: to carry out diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
- Insurance and billing details: to meet financial and legal obligations.
- Site usage records: to maintain the security of the service.
Retention and transfer
Health records are kept for the periods set out in the applicable legislation. Your data is not shared with third parties except where legally required or where treatment makes it necessary.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, and object to its processing. You can submit requests through the channels on our contact page.
